We're seeking a Strategic Workforce Manager - Role Architecture to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

*Please note, this is an initial Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella 3 month contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week.

SUMMARY

As a Strategic Workforce Manager - Role Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a new role architecture and job framework for the technology function at our International Events and Digital Services client. This initiative aims to create greater visibility of talent, skills, and career progression opportunities for colleagues, enabling better workforce planning, supporting employee development, and strengthening the alignment between organizational capability and strategic priorities.

YOU WILL:

  • Define the role architecture and job families across the technology organisation

  • Map existing roles into the new framework, aligning job families and career pathways

  • Engage senior leaders and job family owners to build consensus and drive adoption

  • Communicate the complex organizational changes in a simple and engaging way

  • Facilitate structured workshops to translate organizational needs into structured frameworks

  • Influence and align multiple stakeholders across technology teams

  • Manage feedback and build consensus across leadership groups



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven experience in designing role architectures and job frameworks

  • Strong understanding of how roles connect to skills, capability, and workforce planning

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex organisational change
