HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to support our client with their BDC WMS Conversion project. In this critical role, you'll lead the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems, with a focus on Blue Yonder solutions. You'll work directly with key stakeholders to design effective business processes, develop functional requirements, and deliver comprehensive training programs. Your expertise will help transform distribution operations and enable more efficient, responsive supply chain capabilities. This position requires strong business process design skills and the ability to translate complex operational needs into practical WMS solutions.
YOU WILL:
- Lead business process design related to WMS implementation and optimization, with particular focus on Blue Yonder solutions
- Develop detailed functional requirements for warehouse management systems that align with business objectives
- Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for WMS users at various organizational levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful WMS implementation and adoption
- Analyze current warehouse operations and recommend process improvements leveraging WMS capabilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse management best practices and systems
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
- Document business processes and system configurations
- Support change management initiatives related to WMS implementation
- Travel to client sites as needed (up to 100%)
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with specific focus on warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Blue Yonder WMS (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in business process design and functional requirements development for warehouse management systems
- Experience developing and delivering WMS training programs
- Strong understanding of distribution center operations and warehouse management best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a consulting environment (preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 100% as required
- Experience with Lowe's or other retail/home improvement industry (a plus)
- Location preference for Atlanta or Charlotte
