SUMMARY
As a Technical Programme Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic digital transformation initiatives at our prestigious retail client. Your expertise in managing complex programmes and leading cross-functional teams will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience across all digital channels.

As a Technical Programme Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic digital transformation initiatives at our prestigious retail client. Your expertise in managing complex programmes and leading cross-functional teams will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience across all digital channels.
YOU WILL:
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, high-impact projects, effectively planning, managing risks, and optimizing budgets
- Collaborate closely with the UK-based engineering team and product manager to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement
- Recommend and implement best practices in agile and lean ways of working, while maintaining alignment with the broader transformation goals
- Communicate progress and insights to executive stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to navigate complexity and deliver impactive results
- Extensive experience in leading technology-driven programmes, preferably in the financial services or retail sectors
- Demonstrated success in bringing structure to ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives and driving continuous improvement
- Proficiency in understanding and working with APIs, back-end systems, and other technical components
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence cross-functional teams
- A passion for driving digital transformation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
