We're seeking a Technology Operating Model Senior Consultant (Job Architecture) in London (Hybrid) with occasional travel Newcastle to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Fintec client.
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working 2 days per week in London with very occasional travel to client site in Newcastle.
SUMMARY
As a Technology Operating Model Senior Consultant (Job Architecture), you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a new job architecture for the Technology function of a dynamic Fintech organization. Your expertise in operating model and organizational design will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company's workforce, ensuring they are equipped to navigate the evolving technological landscape.
YOU WILL:
- Design and build job profiles for various Technology roles within the organization
- Develop a cohesive job architecture and define clear career pathways for employees
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to agree on the design, methodology, and job architecture
- Conduct mapping exercises to align the current workforce with the new organizational structures and reporting lines
- Orchestrate and facilitate workshops and events to engage the client throughout the transformation process
- Construct and implement employee surveys to measure sentiment and drive change management initiatives
- Lead work independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Extensive experience in operating model and organizational design
- Proven track record in designing and implementing job architecture solutions
- Expertise in leading change management initiatives, particularly those focused on workforce transformation
- Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills, with the ability to manage complex client situations
- Familiarity with the financial services or Fintech industry, although not strictly required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work autonomously when necessary
