We're seeking a Test Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.


SUMMARY:

As the Test Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless performance of our client's platform across all customer touchpoints. By establishing a comprehensive test strategy, you will help minimize risk and deliver a best-in-class experience that drives customer engagement and business value.


YOU WILL:

  • Develop and implement a robust test strategy that covers all loyalty programme features, including points earning, redemption, personalized offers, and member communicationsEstablish quality gates at each stage of delivery to prevent defects from reaching production
  • Increase test automation coverage to reduce manual testing effort and accelerate release cycles
  • Provide clear quality metrics and reporting to programme leadership, enabling data-driven decisions
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between testing, development, product, and business teams
  • Identify and resolve customer-impacting defects before launch, ensuring the seamless performance of the loyalty platform



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Previous Consulting and/or Retail experience
  • Extensive experience as a Test Manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including test automation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the loyalty programmes would be advantageous
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business value through quality assurance
