Do you have the skills, passion, and commitment to transform our clients for the better? Are you ready to be a changemaker? If so, join us.

North Highland is the world’s leading change and transformation consultancy. Simply put, we make change happen like no one else. And we’re on the hunt for a new Onsite Trainers.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

Clear and concise communication is essential for conveying complex information about EHR systems. Facilitators must be able to break down technical jargon into understandable terms for their audience. They should also be skilled in active listening to address trainees' questions and concerns promptly. Engaging and dynamic presentation skills are vital for keeping trainees interested and motivated. Facilitators should use a variety of teaching methods, including demonstrations, hands-on practice, and interactive discussions.

YOU WILL:

  • Training sessions can involve individuals with varying levels of technical proficiency and comfort with new technology. A good facilitator demonstrates patience and empathy, providing support and encouragement to help all trainees succeed.

  • Occasionally, training sessions may encounter conflicts or resistance from participants. An adept facilitator should have strong conflict resolution skills to address issues professionally and diplomatically. They should be able to mediate discussions, manage disagreements, and maintain a constructive atmosphere.

  • Facilitators often work with other trainers, IT staff, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive training programs. They should be capable team players, able to collaborate effectively, share responsibilities, and contribute to a cohesive training effort.

  • An effective EHR training facilitator needs to possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues that arise during training. They should be able to assess the effectiveness of training sessions and make data-driven improvements to the curriculum and delivery methods.

  • A successful facilitator inspires and motivates trainees to embrace the EHR system and its benefits. They should be able to convey the importance of EHR proficiency in improving patient care and operational efficiency, thereby fostering a sense of purpose and commitment among participants.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • Facilitators should act as mentors, providing ongoing support and guidance to healthcare professionals as they transition to using the EHR system. This includes offering post-training assistance, conducting follow-up sessions, and being available to address any challenges that arise.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare processes and workflows. This includes familiarity with clinical practices, patient care routines, and administrative procedures.
  • Experience with various EHR systems.
