HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

As a Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs that enable the successful implementation of a major financial transformation project. Your expertise in change management and adult learning principles will be instrumental in empowering the client's finance teams and operators to navigate the changes effectively.

YOU WILL:
  • Conduct a thorough training needs analysis by reviewing change impact assessments and stakeholder feedback
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan, including role-specific content, materials, and job aids
  • Identify and onboard subject matter experts to serve as trainers, providing them with the necessary guidance and support
  • Coordinate the logistics of training delivery, ensuring alignment with key project milestones and incorporating updates from the change management team
  • Measure the effectiveness of the training program and provide insights for continuous improvement and reinforcement
  • Collaborate closely with the change management leads to ensure the training approach is fully integrated with other change management tactics

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Extensive experience in leading successful training development and delivery for system and process changes
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven expertise in change management, with a deep understanding of adult learning best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements
  • Relevant educational background or certifications in training, instructional design, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address training challenges
  • Passion for driving organizational transformation and empowering people to embrace change
