We're seeking a Business and Change Analyst in to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for one of our Managed Service Logistics accounts

*Please note, this is an initial 3-6 months PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2-3 days per week

SUMMARY

As a Business and Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting a high-profile programme that is transforming operational performance through the enhanced use of vehicle tracking technology. Your expertise in change management and business analysis will be instrumental in driving this significant transformation, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.

YOU WILL:

  • Collaborate closely with the existing Business Analyst and support additional work and requirements gathering

  • Support change management aspects of the programme, including conducting thorough change impact assessments, developing comprehensive communication plans, and leading the implementation of change initiatives

  • Utilize your strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations

  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the leadership team, guiding the programme towards its objectives

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the organisation

  • Contribute to the overall success of this transformative programme, which is a top priority for the business


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, with a solid understanding of business analysis best practices

  • Experienced in change management, including experience in conducting impact assessments, designing communication strategies, and change implementation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and devise effective solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
