We're seeking a Change Manager for our life sciences practice to help drive change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption for assigned implementation scope. This is a 6-month contract assignment, remote role.

SUMMARY:

As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation within a global technology function undergoing significant people, process, and technology evolution. You will support senior leadership in defining and implementing a comprehensive transformation strategy, enabling successful adoption across the workforce, and positioning the function for long-term effectiveness. Your expertise will be instrumental in bridging the gap between current-state operations and an enhanced future-state operating model, ensuring smooth transition and stakeholder engagement throughout this critical period of change.

YOU WILL:

 

  • Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies aligned with organizational transformation objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive current-state assessments of the operating environment, documenting findings and identifying key transformation opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define future-state operating models, including people structures, processes, governance frameworks, and technology considerations
  • Develop and execute change adoption plans to ensure effective communication, training, and support for all stakeholders
  • Design and deliver change management initiatives that address people, process, and technology dimensions
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and resistance, building coalitions of support across the global workforce
  • Monitor change implementation progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide coaching and support to leadership teams navigating organizational transformation
  • Establish metrics to measure change effectiveness and organizational readiness
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across United States and United Kingdom locations


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
 

  • Proven change management experience at manager level or above within complex, global organizations
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing people, process, and technology transformation programs
  • Experience working in matrix environments and with geographically distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, capability building, and culture change
  • Experience creating current-state and future-state operating models
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into clear, actionable change strategies
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Commitment to driving inclusive and sustainable organizational change
  • Prosci certification preferred
