We're seeking a Change Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Government sector client.
Please note, an active SC clearance used in the last 12 months will be required for this role. This is and initial 3-6 month PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 1-3 days per week.
SUMMARY
As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in leading transformational initiatives across complex organisational landscapes. Your expertise will drive the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working, ensuring that business change is delivered effectively while minimising disruption. This role will be central to building stakeholder engagement, creating comprehensive change strategies, and supporting teams through critical transitions to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
YOU WILL:

Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end change management frameworks tailored to specific operational contexts and delivery phases

Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments to identify risks, opportunities, and stakeholder requirements across people, process, and technology dimensions

Design and execute targeted communication and engagement strategies, including the development of digital adoption capabilities and web-based communication channels

Build and coordinate Communications Networks to ensure consistent, clear messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences

Manage Early Life Support delivery and hypercare activities during system go-live periods, ensuring smooth transitions and rapid issue resolution

Develop business readiness preparations and transition management plans to support handover to operational service teams

Contribute specialist change management expertise to programme planning, helping shape delivery timelines and resource requirements

Demonstrate proactive engagement with stakeholders at all levels, fostering effective working relationships across the organisation

Evaluate user needs and build targeted change interventions that address gaps in people capability, process design, and technology adoption
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Proven track record of leading significant change management initiatives across large-scale programmes or organisational transformations

Demonstrated expertise in Change Impact Assessment, Change Planning, and change implementation methodologies

Deep experience with Business Readiness preparations, Early Life Support dashboards, hypercare management, and post go-live transition activities

Strong background working in operational environments, particularly within the public sector

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences from senior leadership to operational staff

Ability to work independently under broad direction while maintaining strategic alignment with programme objectives

Experience in building digital adoption capabilities and creating engaging change communications content

Knowledge of system decommissioning processes and related change considerations
