We're seeking a Change Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Managed Services Life Science client

SUMMARY

As a Change Manager, you will drive transformational initiatives within a highly regulated environment. In this role, you will lead complex organisational change programmes, ensuring seamless transitions while maintaining compliance and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in change management and communication will be instrumental in shaping how our organisation evolves and adapts to new challenges.

Please note, this is an initial PAYE Umbrella contract until the end of the year with a view to extend into 2027 and will require 1-3 days working onsite in London

YOU WILL:

  • Lead and oversee change management initiatives from conception through to successful implementation

  • Develop comprehensive change strategies and communication plans that engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and address resistance to change through transparent and empathetic communication

  • Ensure all change activities comply with regulatory requirements and organisational governance frameworks

  • Monitor change progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Coach and support teams through periods of organisational transition

  • Document and share lessons learned to build organisational change capability

  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to align change objectives with business goals


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale change programmes in regulated industries, ideally in life sciences or pharma

  • Demonstrated expertise in change communication and stakeholder engagement at senior levels

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within pharmaceuticals or similar sectors

  • Track record of successfully leading change initiatives in complex, matrix-based organisations

  • Advanced project management and strategic planning capabilities

  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Ability to think strategically whilst executing tactically

  • Values-driven approach with strong commitment to ethical business practices
