You will play a critical role in driving business change through analysis, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving while working closely with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams.

YOU WILL:
  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models.

  • Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.

  • Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Develop business cases, recommendations, and supporting analyses for proposed solutions.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices, process maps, and decision logs.

  • Support backlog management and requirements prioritization activities.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis using business analysis tools and techniques.

  • Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and prioritizing business requirements.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience facilitating successful workshops.

  • High-level awareness of a variety of software development methodologies.

  • Experience supporting projects across the full project lifecycle.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools.

  • Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
