We're seeking a CRM Data Engineer in Farnborough to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
As a CRM Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our client's customer data management and integration processes. Your expertise in Oracle, PL/SQL, and RESTful API development will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across the organization's complex IT ecosystem.
YOU WILL:

Develop and execute complex Oracle SQL queries to extract, analyze, and present customer data insights to the business

Identify and address integration gaps between multiple systems, implementing strategies to overcome data synchronization challenges

Create and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code, including interfaces, packages, and stored procedures with complex business logic

Familiarize with existing RESTful APIs and perform CRUD operations to connect systems and enable data exchange

Demonstrate strong system analysis skills to understand end-to-end data flows and transformations across the organization's integrated landscape
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle database administration and SQL development

Proven track record in managing large-scale customer data migration and integration projects

Proficiency in PL/SQL programming, including creating and enhancing complex routines and database schemas

Demonstrated understanding of RESTful API concepts and experience in connecting systems using API integrations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related challenges

Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with business stakeholders

Experience in the IT projects within a complex, integrated system landscape across multiple functions and departments
