We're seeking a Director, Data & Analytics to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

YOU WILL:

Client Delivery

• Scoping, selling, architecting and delivering a wide variety of Data & Analytics and AI solutions for our clients.

• Show a bias to action through high-quality work delivered on time and on budget to our clients.

• Collaborate creatively with other North Highland capabilities to create unique cross-functional value-add solutions to clients.

• Partner closely with our client account teams to grow existing and build new client relationships with some of the most exciting brands in the world.

People Leadership

• Fostering a high-quality human experience for our team through effective coaching, mentoring, development of career paths, and modelling superior management and leadership skills.

• Continue to build the team’s capabilities through development and management of training plans, hands-on skill development, paired project work and project reviews.

• Thought Leadership & Practice Growth

• Shape the future by being part of the Data & Analytics global leadership team.

• Be a thought leader by contributing to blog postings, white papers, podcasts.

• Be part of the global thought leadership team on agile, digital transformation, cloud analytics, AI governance, and modern data & analytics concepts.

• Significant knowledge and experience with and including:

Data & AI Strategy

• AI strategy development, from use case identification through to solution roadmap

• Data and AI governance strategy and execution, including responsible AI practices

• Data team capability design

Modern Analytics Landscape

• Cloud platform solutions (data movement, storage, visualisation and analytics) available in cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP or Azure

• Advanced analytics, predictive modelling, machine learning and generative AI

• Structured and unstructured data management systems and models, including relational, columnar store, Hadoop and NoSQL platforms

• Modern data visualisation platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy and others

• Data literacy program establishment and execution

IDEALLY WE'D LIKE:

• Experience in data and analytics for a consulting agency or a mix of private firm/consulting firm experience

• Delivery of complex, enterprise-scale data and AI programmes, not just point solutions

• Experience advising C-suite or senior executive stakeholders on data- and AI-driven change

• A well-articulated sense of purpose and vision for your life and career

• An undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
