As a Manager in our Business Analysts practice, you will lead business analysis and process transformation efforts across complex digital, operational, and enterprise transformation programmes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating strategic objectives and business needs into actionable requirements, operating models, and delivery roadmaps. 

SUMMARY
In this role, you will work closely with executive stakeholders, product owners, project teams, architects, engineers, and business leaders to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. You will lead requirements strategy, process analysis, stakeholder alignment, and business transformation initiatives while mentoring teams and driving best practices across engagements. 

YOU WILL:
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams. 

  • Define and execute business analysis strategies across large-scale transformation programmes. 

  • Own and prioritize requirements backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and Project Managers. 

  • Translate business objectives and discovery outcomes into user stories, epics, process models, and functional requirements. 

  • Define and govern requirements quality standards, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready practices. 

  • Conduct current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process analysis across business and technology domains. 

  • Identify capability gaps and define business requirements to support enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives. 

  • Lead business process improvement and operating model redesign initiatives. 

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and resolution of complex business and delivery challenges. 

  • Support data migration, integration, and enterprise platform transformation initiatives through requirements, process, and data analysis. 

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide leadership on backlog governance, scope management, and requirements traceability. 

  • Maintain business analysis artefacts including process maps, decision logs, requirements documentation, stakeholder analyses, and business cases. 

  • Represent North Highland during executive meetings, client workshops, steering committees, and programme governance forums. 

  • Support business development activities, solution development, proposals, and client growth opportunities. 

  • Mentor Business Analysts and contribute to capability development across the practice.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within consulting, professional services, Big Four consulting, or enterprise transformation environments. 

  • Proven experience delivering business analysis activities for software development, integration, enterprise modernization, and digital transformation programmes. 

  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex consulting engagements and managing stakeholder relationships at executive levels. 

  • Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and requirements management practices. 

  • Experience conducting business process analysis, operating model design, and gap assessments. 

  • Strong experience writing user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process documentation. 

  • Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. 

  • Advanced proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, process mapping, data modeling, and business analysis tools. 

  • Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Professional-level English with experience working directly with US-based stakeholders. 

  • Spanish and English bilingual proficiency preferred.
