HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
This role is responsible for weekly payroll processing. The successful candidate will work well in a complicated, post-integration environment and have experience with multiple payroll cycles and/or batches.
YOU WILL:

Update and maintain Workday payroll database for employees.

Import new hire data from paperless on-boarding system.

Monitor exception reports to appropriately process time worked to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.

Transmit weekly payroll ensuring that pay is accurate and timely.

File and keep organized pay data reports and information, maintaining proper confidentiality controls.

Resolve complex payroll issues in a timely manner.

Facilitate ongoing compliance with federal and state tax and payroll laws.

Supporting filing of quarterly tax amendments and address exceptions as required.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

3+ years of high volume multi-state payroll processing experience.

Working knowledge of Workday Payroll preferred.

Experience working with contractors across geographies, to include California, required.

Experience managing multiple payroll cycles preferred

Microsoft Office with advance Excel knowledge preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred / High School Diploma required.
