We're seeking a Planning Raid and Portfolio Platform Consultant to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Financial Services client

Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 1-2 days per week

SUMMARY

As a Planning, Raid and Portfolio Platform Consultant, you will be responsible for providing the analytical and coordination support that keeps the TVO function running day-to-day. In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor in maintaining RAID logs across all programmes, supporting integrated planning activity, and ensuring that data held within the portfolio management platform accurately reflects the live state of delivery.

YOU WILL:

  • Own and maintain the RAID process across workstreams

  • Support the Portfolio Management Lead with dependency tracking and planning updates

  • Quality-assure data inputs into the portfolio platform

  • Prepare reporting outputs for steering committees and executive meetings

  • Act as the connective tissue between programme teams and the TVO's reporting and governance function

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills with a structured approach to managing complex information across multiple workstreams

  • Possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with both delivery teams and senior stakeholders


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Relevant experience in a PMO or portfolio support environment

  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools and software

  • Ability to work accurately under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management or business analysis
