We're seeking a Program Manager in Portland in our retail practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 6-Month contract, 4 days a week onsite.
SUMMARY
As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's innovation priorities. By leveraging your exceptional program management skills, you will ensure that the team's objectives are achieved, and the project milestones are met with precision.
YOU WILL:

Manage the program's day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any challenges that arise

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights to keep the project on track

Utilize your technical understanding to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions

Collaborate with the client to refine processes, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Proven experience in a program management role, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects

Familiarity with the technical landscape, preferably within a similar industry or domain

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
