We're seeking a Project Coordinator in our retail practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 6-month Contract assignment in Portland, OR. Local candidates needed for this assignment, hybrid 4 days a week onsite, 1 day remote

SUMMARY:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of a significant international transformation program. You will manage complex policy coordination and translation validation activities across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, subject matter experts, and compliance teams. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities will directly enable the timely execution of policy updates and translation reviews, ultimately strengthening our consulting firm's delivery of high-impact programs.

YOU WILL:

  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of project tracking systems for human resources policy updates across multiple program waves

  • Create and organize project documentation, including policy files and project initiation materials

  • Host and facilitate kickoff meetings with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts

  • Conduct weekly reviews of project tracking systems and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables

  • Liaise with compliance teams to communicate upcoming policy review timelines and requirements

  • Request clarifications from subject matter experts and escalate issues as needed

  • Draft and submit requests for policy content updates and translation services

  • Manage translation validation activities across multiple countries and languages, including creating validation trackers and coordinating review cycles

  • Compile, review and provide feedback on returned translated materials to localization teams

  • Support change management initiatives when capacity allows

  • ?????Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress updates to program leadership


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, program management, or similar organizational roles

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across different organizational levels

  • Experience with project tracking tools and spreadsheet management including Smartsheet’s

  • Familiarity with international or multi-country program delivery

  • Knowledge of human resources processes or policy management (desirable)

  • Experience coordinating translation or localization activities (desirable)

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

  • Organized approach to managing competing priorities and tight deadlines

  • Professional discretion and the ability to handle sensitive human resources information
