We're seeking a Project Management Officer in Farnborough to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
As the PMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and ensuring the smooth execution of critical projects. Your expertise and strategic insights will be instrumental in supporting the client's objectives and delivering tangible results.
YOU WILL:

Provide project management expertise to coordinate and oversee the successful completion of various initiatives

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges, mitigate risks, and optimize project workflows

Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders

Implement robust project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to the client's leadership team
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Demonstrated experience in a PMO role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment

Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and oversee project deliverables

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and senior-level executives

Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and address complex issues

Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
