We're seeking a Project Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 12 months inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract. Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite in central London.
SUMMARY
As a Project Manager - Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our client's Research and Development (R&D) Managed Service. By leveraging your expertise in project management, you will ensure the seamless delivery of critical initiatives, ultimately contributing to the client's strategic objectives.
YOU WILL:

Utilize your strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry

Apply your experience in highly regulated environments to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines

Demonstrate proficiency in the use of project management tools and techniques, such as Smartsheet and Amplify

Collaborate closely with the client's stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans

Provide regular progress updates and effectively communicate project status to key stakeholders

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, in the pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry

Strong background in consulting, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for clients

Expertise in Agile project management methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to the client's needs

Familiarity with project management tools and technologies, including Smartsheet and Amplify. Claude AI experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable plans

A team-oriented mindset and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of professionals

A passion for driving change and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
