As the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, we're helping businesses move from strategy to reality by taking a pragmatic and practical approach to build solutions that last.
We're seeking a Sr. Consultant, Management Consulting in London - Office in our Experience Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

About the role

Senior Consultants own and deliver a defined workstream within client engagements. Seniors Consultants take a client’s strategy or challenges and shape practical solutions that unlock real value. They drive the work through to completion while also coaching and managing junior team members.

What you’ll do

  • Accountability to deliver a defined workstream end-to-end, including planning, managing activities, tracking risks, and seeing the work through to agreed outcomes.

  • Navigate competing stakeholder priorities, escalating conflicts or dependencies when needed.

  • Build and maintain working relationships with client stakeholders

  • Represent the team's work clearly and credibly in client-facing settings, including presenting findings to senior audiences.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing regular feedback and coaching that supports project delivery and individual’s overall development

  • Maintain and model a professional presence and create an inclusive environment where team members can perform at their best.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of firm commercials and participate in the business development lifecycle: contribute to proposals and sales pursuits, develop content, support pricing, and participate in pitch presentations.

  • Contribute to internal capability development and knowledge management by sharing your expertise, client experience, and project resources.

  • Maintain accurate and timely operational data such as timesheets and project updates as the foundation for good decision-making across the firm. Coach others on why it is important.

  • Use AI tools to support and accelerate work. Apply critical thinking to all prompts and AI generated outputs. Understand the risks of taking AI output at face value and take full ownership of everything produced, regardless of how it was generated.

What we are looking for:

  • Prior experience in management consulting, professional services, or an equivalent advisory or project-based environment.

  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering a workstream or defined body of work, with accountability for the outcome.

  • Ability to understand a client's business challenges, experience shaping the solution and bringing structure to undefined situations.

  • Experience facilitating workshops or client-facing working sessions.

  • Interest and experience in leading or mentoring junior colleagues, ideally with evidence of developing others' capabilities.

  • Exposure to or interest in contributing to proposals and sales pursuits.

  • Track record of delivering outcomes in ambiguous or evolving situations.

Additionally, for this role we are looking for:

  • Experience in workforce strategy, transformation, or organisational change, using human-centred design to shape practical solutions that support adoption, engagement, effectiveness, and business outcomes.

  • Expertise in one or more of: service and experience design, capability and skills, talent management, workforce technology, experience and adoption or similar area.

  • Ability to independently conduct research, discovery, and co-design skills and translate insights into actionable client recommendations that balance employee needs, organisational priorities, and implementation realities

  • Understanding of technology-enabled workforce change, including AI, and the factors that drive successful adoption, with the ability to identify workforce and user needs, help shape technology-enabled solutions, and design employee journeys, interactions and ways of working around new enterprise technologies to drive adoption and deliver intended value.
