As a Project Manager (Senior Consultant), you will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion. You will be responsible for managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement while driving delivery excellence and achieving business outcomes for clients.
SUMMARY
In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to implement governance frameworks, monitor progress, and ensure projects deliver measurable value. This is a client-facing role ideal for professionals who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery management.
YOU WILL:

Lead end-to-end project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.

Manage project scope, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives and business outcomes.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Implement project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery controls.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee discussions.

Monitor project performance and provide timely status reporting to leadership and clients.

Support benefits realization activities and ensure the achievement of intended business outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.

4–7 years of project delivery experience.

Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.

Experience managing project scope, budget, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Strong understanding of project governance and reporting practices.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client environment.
