This position requires onsite 3-4 days a week in the Nashville area.  Local candidates only

SUMMARY:

The Sr. Project Manager for the GCP Integration is a senior-level leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of a highly complex, multi-phase enterprise initiative focused on establishing a single source of truth for item, vendor, and location data. This role combines strategic oversight with deep program management expertise to ensure management of multiple and a scalable integrations. This role translates business goals into actionable plans, manages interdependent workstreams, and ensures that program outcome, including data quality improvement, operational efficiency, and technology modernization, are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, outstanding communication skills, and proven success delivering complex product, item, and vendor data initiatives within retail or merchandising-driven organizations. They will serve as a central orchestrator, guiding teams, resolving escalations, aligning technical and business partners, and enforcing quality and delivery standards across all workstreams.

YOU WILL:

  • Communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills.

  • Solving problems with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.

  • Ability to manage dependencies, data readiness activities, and downstream system integration impacts.

  • Proven ability to drive accountability, maintain momentum, and deliver program outcomes in complex environments.

  • lead cross-functional teams and manage escalations in high-visibility programs.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: 

  • 7+ years of IT project or program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional or data-intensive technology initiatives.

  • Direct experience managing complex projects involving master data, merchandising systems, product/item data workflows, vendor onboarding, or supply chain data integration.

  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, sourcing, pricing, item setup, supply chain, forecasting, and inventory management.

  • Proven success delivering multi-workstream programs requiring systems integration, workflow redesign, data governance, and organizational change management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field (required). PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certification strongly preferred.
