We're seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY


About the role as our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the engine behind how we grow our team, the person who finds, engages, and brings in the right people while making every candidate feel valued throughout the process. You'll own the full recruitment cycle across technical and non-technical roles, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and help shape a hiring experience that reflects who we are as a company.

YOU WILL:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, from intake to offer.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on selection criteria.

  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, talent events, and creative outreach strategies.

  • Represent talent attraction events and initiatives to build a strong candidate pipeline and employer brand presence.

  • Manage and maintain the ATS, ensuring pipelines are up to date, data is accurate, and processes are followed consistently.

  • Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews, providing thoughtful assessments and recommendations to the hiring team.

  • Drive interview training initiatives to equip hiring managers and interviewers with the tools and frameworks to evaluate candidates effectively.

  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.

  • Prepare and extend offers, manage contract processes, and guide candidates through the final stages of the hiring journey.• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve time-to-fill, and elevate overall hiring quality.

  • Continuously improve the candidate experience by gathering feedback and refining touchpoints throughout the process.

  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and contribute to building an inclusive and equitable recruitment practice.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
 

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or consulting environment.

  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, data, AI, IT).

  • Experience owning and managing an ATS and keeping pipelines organized and actionable.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, you know how to earn the trust of hiring managers and candidates alike.

  • Experience designing or facilitating interview training or structured hiring processes.

  • Familiarity with talent attraction strategies including events, employer branding, and community engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills, Advanced English level is required.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple open roles at once without dropping the ball.

  • A candidate-first mindset, you care about the experience people have, not just filling the seat.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent experience.
