We're seeking a Change Agent to join North Highland as an affiliate to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
As a Change Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and innovation within our organization. This position offers the opportunity to lead meaningful initiatives across multiple business centres, shaping the future of how we operate and deliver value. Your work will directly impact organizational effectiveness, staff engagement, and our ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
The role is on a hybrid basis out of London with 3 days per week required on site. The role is inside IR35 (PAYE) via umbrella and is scoped for up to approximately 6 months.
This role is also exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act due to the nature of the role and organisation, so those who have convictions spent or otherwise would not be eligible for enhanced DBS.
YOU WILL:

Lead and coordinate change management projects

Develop and implement strategic change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure smooth transition during periods of organizational change

Provide analytical support and project oversight to ensure successful delivery of change objectives

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and develop practical solutions

Monitor progress against project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates and reporting

Build relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate strong consultative skills

Support the development of change management strategies and best practice frameworks
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Relevant professional qualification or degree in business, project management, organizational development, or related field

Proven experience (3+ years) in change management, business process improvement, or organizational consulting

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work with complex data

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across geographically dispersed locations

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix environments and build consensus among diverse stakeholders

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Proactive approach to learning and adaptability in dynamic business environments

Flexibility to work across multiple locations as required
