SUMMARY 

As a Change Manager (Manager), you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of change management initiatives that enable successful adoption of business transformation programmes. You will develop and implement change strategies that prepare stakeholders for change, minimize resistance, and ensure sustainable business outcomes. 

In this role, you will partner closely with programme teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive readiness, engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities across complex, multi-workstream initiatives. This is a client-facing role ideal for professionals who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on change delivery. 

YOU WILL: 

• Own the change management strategy, plan, and delivery for transformation programmes.  

• Conduct and oversee change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, and readiness evaluations.  

• Develop and execute communication, engagement, and training plans.  

• Drive organizational readiness through assessments, coaching, and stakeholder engagement activities.  

• Identify, assess, and mitigate change-related risks and adoption barriers.  

• Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics to measure change effectiveness.  

• Partner with programme teams to ensure change activities are aligned with project objectives and timelines.  

• Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder engagement forums.  

• Provide guidance and coaching to business leaders and sponsors on change management best practices.  

• Report progress, risks, and adoption outcomes to programme leadership and stakeholders 

  

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline. 

• 5+ years of experience supporting complex multi-workstream transformation programs. 

• Proven experience designing and delivering change management strategies and plans. 

• Experience managing stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and training activities. 

• Strong understanding of organizational change methodologies and adoption frameworks. 

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization. 

• Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms); AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) 

• Business-level English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
