SUMMARY
As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering hands-on change management support for products going live throughout a rolling implementation schedule. You will work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute change approaches in an ambiguous environment, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption. Your expertise will help coach client teams to build their own change management capability, enabling them to sustain adoption independently long after go-live. This role brings significant value by bridging the gap between technical delivery and user adoption, ultimately ensuring that transformational products deliver real impact across operations.
YOU WILL:
-
Lead change impact assessments and develop comprehensive change plans for allocated products
-
Plan and deliver change interventions and training programmes across a rolling go-live schedule
-
Establish adoption measurement frameworks and track progress against key metrics
-
Coach and upskill multi-disciplinary client teams in change management through on-the-job mentoring and shadowing
-
Collaborate with technical teams operating within a product-focused delivery model
-
Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to shared objectives
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
Proven experience working in technical teams, preferably within a product operating model or similar structure
-
Demonstrated track record of delivering change management across global, distributed teams
-
Experience building capability and upskilling client teams in change management practices
-
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Active Security Clearance (British national status preferred; dual nationals should note clearance requirements)
-
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and designing solutions with minimal initial direction
-
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
-
Experience with adoption measurement and stakeholder engagement strategies
