We're seeking a?Senior Consultant?in Change Management?in Ecuador to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 

 

SUMMARY 

As a Change Manager (Senior Consultant), you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of change management initiatives that enable successful adoption of business transformation programmes. You will develop and implement change strategies that prepare stakeholders for change, minimize resistance, and ensure sustainable business outcomes. 

In this role, you will partner closely with programme teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive readiness, engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities across complex, multi-workstream initiatives. This is a client-facing role ideal for professionals who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on change delivery. 

YOU WILL: 

  • Own the change management strategy, plan, and delivery for transformation programmes. 

  • Support development and refinement of change management plans, stakeholder communications and engagement plans, and training strategies as directed by the engagement lead. 

  • Coordinate logistics for client sessions (i.e. workshops, engagement activities, training, etc.); document outcomes and circulate action items. 

  • Conduct and oversee change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, and readiness evaluations. 

  • Develop and execute communication, engagement, and training plans. 

  • Drive organizational readiness through assessments, coaching, and stakeholder engagement activities. 

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate change-related risks and adoption barriers. 

  • Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics to measure change effectiveness. 

  • Partner with programme teams to ensure change activities are aligned with project objectives and timelines. 

  • Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder engagement forums. 

  • Provide guidance and coaching to business leaders and sponsors on change management best practices. 

  • Report progress, risks, and adoption outcomes to programme leadership and stakeholders.

  • The ability to travel to fulfil client requirements and project needs, and for personal development. 

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact. 

  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates. 

  • A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives. 

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large. 

  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges. 

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline. 

  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting complex multi-workstream transformation programmes. 

  • Proven experience designing and delivering change management strategies and plans. 

  • Experience managing stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and training activities. 

  • Strong understanding of organizational change methodologies and adoption frameworks. 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization. 

  • Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms); AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) 

  • Business-level English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
