We're seeking multiple Change Managers (Consultant to Director)to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Managed Services telco client.
*Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2-3 days per week.
SUMMARY
As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in building transformation, change, and communications capability Your expertise in leading strategic initiatives and driving cultural shifts will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' success
YOU WILL:

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management model and standards to guide our firm's transformation efforts

Establish a "front door" process for new projects, enabling efficient prioritization and sequencing of change initiatives

Create a change heatmap to visualize the impacts and live demand across the organization

Craft a unified change narrative that resonates with stakeholders at all levels

Assess change capability gaps and design targeted interventions to upskill our teams

Partner with functions and programs to embed change management from the earliest stages

Drive awareness, adoption, and benefit realization tracking for transformational projects
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment or large telco organisation

Proven track record of successfully navigating complex organizational transformations

Strong business acumen and the ability to align change strategies with overarching business objectives

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences

Expertise in change management methodologies and a thorough understanding of best practices

Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform change interventions and measure success

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
-
Relevant educational background, such as a degree in business, organizational development, or a related field.
