YOU WILL:

Apply Program Management expertise to lead delivery across complex engagements maximizing impact, transforming client thinking, and shaping their most consequential decisions.

Dive deep into client challenges, think big, and draw on your own point of view to design creative solutions to the toughest programme and portfolio problems.

Serve as a trusted delivery leader stepping in as project or programme manager where it matters most and ensuring solutions are functional, effective, and built to last.

Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industry organisations that translate into new business, shape compelling pursuit proposals, and grow existing accounts.

Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities to win business and be recognised externally as a thought leader in Programme and Portfolio Management.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
10+ years of management consulting, advisory, or professional services experience including Big 4 or equivalent with proven subject matter expertise in Programme Management.

A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements managing teams, running delivery end-to-end, and building relationships with senior client executives.

Creative ingenuity with the ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges and communication skills to build consensus and activate collaboration across clients and teams.

External accreditation or recognition from a professional body; a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required a master's degree or professional certifications are a bonus.
