We're seeking a Product Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Government agency client.
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require up to 3 days working onsite in London. Given the nature of the role, a valid DV clearance used in the last 12 months will be required. Applicants must also be a UK national or have dual citizenship
SUMMARY
As a Product Manager you will lead a portfolio of complex, high-risk products through their full lifecycle. You will set the strategic vision and roadmap, making decisions that balance user and organisational value. Through your product management expertise and leadership, you will guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive real impact.
YOU WILL:

Lead products from discovery to retirement, setting the strategy and vision

Plan work across multiple teams, minimizing dependencies and ensuring successful delivery

Coach and mentor other product professionals, building a strong product management community

Represent product management with senior stakeholders, advocating for user-centred insights and data-driven decisions

Leverage agile and lean practices to select the most appropriate delivery methods and encourage reflective practices

Ensure products deliver intended outcomes by defining measurement methods and analysing performance data
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact products

Expertise in agile and lean methodologies, with the ability to adapt delivery approaches to the needs of the situation

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to derive insights from user research and performance data

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain agreement from senior leaders

A passion for building and developing product management talent, with a commitment to coaching and mentoring others

Relevant degree or professional certification in product management, technology, or a related field

Familiarity with the government or public sector landscape, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this domain.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
