We're seeking a Program Director, Apparel Materials, to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Onsite 4 days a week in Portland.
SUMMARY
Drive operational excellence while developing leadership capabilities within our Materials team, balancing immediate execution needs with long-term strategic development to transform product creation processes.
YOU WILL:

Document and represent the requirements in transformation planning and decision-making forums

Update the operating model and ways of working to reflect changes as they are introduced

Serve as the consistent team voice throughout the fiscal year, maintaining continuity as the transformation evolves

Translate between technical and business teams to ensure clear communication and alignment

Leverage your expertise in apparel, product management, and emerging technologies like AI to drive the transformation forward
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience as a director-level consultant in the apparel industry

Strong understanding of the technical capabilities and operational processes within apparel

Demonstrated experience as a business product manager, bridging the gap between technology and business requirements

Familiarity with AI and other emerging technologies, and how they can be leveraged to modernize apparel systems

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

A passion for driving change and a proven track record of successful transformation initiatives
