 We're seeking a Program Director, Apparel Materials, to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Onsite 4 days a week in Portland.

SUMMARY

Drive operational excellence while developing leadership capabilities within our Materials team, balancing immediate execution needs with long-term strategic development to transform product creation processes.

YOU WILL:

• Document and represent the requirements in transformation planning and decision-making forums

• Update the operating model and ways of working to reflect changes as they are introduced

• Serve as the consistent team voice throughout the fiscal year, maintaining continuity as the transformation evolves

• Translate between technical and business teams to ensure clear communication and alignment

• Leverage your expertise in apparel, product management, and emerging technologies like AI to drive the transformation forward

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Extensive experience as a director-level consultant in the apparel industry

• Strong understanding of the technical capabilities and operational processes within apparel

• Demonstrated experience as a business product manager, bridging the gap between technology and business requirements

• Familiarity with AI and other emerging technologies, and how they can be leveraged to modernize apparel systems

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• A passion for driving change and a proven track record of successful transformation initiatives
