This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for a senior data professional with strong consulting acumen, deep technical expertise in data engineering and analytics, and a passion for building robust, future-ready data and AI foundations that drive measurable business value.

SUMMARY

As a Senior AI and Data Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable data platforms and AI-enabled data solutions to solve complex business problems for our clients. You will play a critical role in bridging business needs with modern data and AI architectures, guiding stakeholders across the end-to-end data lifecycle—from data strategy, data management and architecture through implementation, optimization, and scale.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead data and AI engineering engagements across industries, delivering reliable, scalable, and business-aligned data solutions.
  • Design and implement modern data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse solutions.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and transformation frameworks to support analytics, AI, and operational use cases.
  • Design & implement data management technical solutions (i.e. design, build and conduct data profiling scans, develop and/or automate data quality checks & routines, design cleansing procedures and processes, develop data quality dashboards/reports)
  • Partner closely with data science, product, and business teams to enable AI/ML use cases through well-designed data platforms.
  • Translate complex business requirements into data strategies, architectures, and technical roadmaps.
  • Communicate data insights, architectural decisions, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, analysts, and consultants; provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance.
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership in Data, AI, and Analytics.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in data engineering, cloud platforms, analytics tooling, and AI enablement, and bring innovative ideas into client engagements.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture roles, with at least 2 years in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing data architectures and platforms for analytics and AI use cases.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data processing frameworks and analytics tooling.
