We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Government agency client.
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require up to 3 days working onsite in London. Given the nature of the role, a valid SC clearance used in the last 12 months will be required. Applicants must also be a UK national or have dual citizenship
SUMMARY
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative products that drive meaningful impact for our client. You will set the strategic vision, manage cross-functional teams, and continually enhance our product offerings to exceed user expectations and deliver exceptional business value.
YOU WILL:

Lead products from discovery through to retirement, defining the strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan

Coach and mentor other product professionals, sharing your expertise and supporting their professional growth

Represent product management with senior stakeholders, communicating insights and driving alignment

Utilize user-centered research and data-driven insights to inform product decisions and priorities

Apply agile and lean practices to optimise delivery, encourage reflective practice, and deliver value incrementally

Manage complex, high-risk products or product groups, balancing user needs and organisational goals

Contribute to programme management, minimising dependencies and ensuring seamless delivery
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive product management experience, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design principles

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders

Technical proficiency and comfort working with cross-functional engineering and design teams

Data-driven decision making, using insights to guide strategy and measure outcomes

Collaborative mindset, proactively building relationships and fostering a supportive team environment

Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline
