We're seeking Strategy Consultants it help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Global Restaurant brand client

Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month PAYE Umbrella contract that will require working onsite in London 2 days per week

SUMMARY

As a Strategy Consultant, you will deliver critical organisational reviews that drive meaningful transformation across our client's workforce. You will partner with senior leadership to assess capability, structure, and talent strategies, providing evidence-based recommendations that shape how organisations operate, develop their people, and build sustainable performance. Your insights will directly influence strategic decision-making and help clients achieve their operational and people objectives.

YOU WILL:

  • Conduct comprehensive workforce assessments across multiple functional areas and organisational levels

  • Analyse organisational capability, structure, and design to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

  • Review talent management strategies, succession planning, and development frameworks

  • Evaluate reward structures and compensation strategies to ensure alignment with business performance

  • Develop strategic recommendations that balance operational efficiency with employee engagement

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including Chief People Officers and executive teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine analysis and ensure practical implementation pathways

  • Document reviews with clarity, providing actionable insights supported by data


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Economics, or related discipline

  • 3-15 years of experience in organisational strategy, people consulting, or operational improvement

  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, organisational design, or talent strategy

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with complex data sets and translate findings into clear narratives

  • Experience working with senior leadership and delivering recommendations at board level

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across all organisational levels

  • Ability to think critically and challenge conventional approaches with evidence-based reasoning

  • Project management experience with ability to deliver high-quality work within defined timelines

  • Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and staying current with people strategy trends
