We're seeking Change Communications Managers in utilities to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
As the Change Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and shaping the narrative around key initiatives. Your strategic communications expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned during periods of significant change. We are serving water and utilities firms in the south east across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.
YOU WILL:

Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support major organizational changes, such as process improvements, system implementations, and cultural shifts

Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to understand the scope, objectives, and timelines of change initiatives

Create a variety of communication materials, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and digital content, to effectively convey critical information

Facilitate employee feedback sessions and address concerns to foster a transparent and inclusive change management process

Monitor the success of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed to maximize employee understanding and buy-in

Serve as a change agent, championing the organization's vision and empowering teams to embrace new ways of working
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in change management and internal communications, preferably within a complex, matrixed organization

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging and compelling narratives

Proven track record of designing and implementing successful communication campaigns that drive organizational adoption of change

Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements

Keen understanding of change management principles and the ability to tailor approaches to different audiences and contexts

Collaborative mindset and the interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
