We're seeking a Cloud Architect in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. This is an inside IR35 contract role with 2 to 3 days onsite 

SUMMARY:

As a Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in the Service area of our prestigious client. Your expertise in architecting solutions using Azure SaaS/PaaS/IaaS services will be instrumental in driving the organization's digital transformation and enhancing its cloud-based capabilities.


YOU WILL:

  • Design and implement complex systems architectures, including applications, integration, and data solutions Evaluate and recommend cloud products and services to meet the client's business requirements

  • Manage the migration from on-premise to cloud-based technologies, ensuring a seamless transition

  • Provide technical recommendations and lead the delivery of complex analysis and system implementation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document enterprise-wide systems architectures

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in planning, designing, and implementing applications and data in a distributed environment



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, with a strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture

  • Have proven experience working within logistics or parcels  

  • Expertise in architecting solutions using Azure services, including the UI, API, middleware, storage, microservices, security, and infrastructure/networking

  • Experience in migrating on-premise systems to the cloud and implementing cloud-based technologies

  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide systems architectures and the ability to perform complex analysis and provide technical recommendations

  • Hands-on experience in planning, designing, and implementing applications and data in a complex distributed environment

  • Familiarity with Android and mobile solutions, as well as basic understanding of Big Data and Analytics

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
