We're seeking a Project Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 3 months inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract. Hybrid 3 days a week onsite.

SUMMARY

As a Project Manager for our hospitality practice, you will play a crucial role in driving change and improving the contract-to-cash process. You will work closely with the client to analyze the outputs from a process intelligence exercise, deliver project management governance, and facilitate key project meetings. Your strong project management skills, financial background, and ability to manage stakeholders across teams will be essential in this role.

YOU WILL:

 

  • Analyze the outputs from a process intelligence exercise and provide recommendations to the client

  • Develop and deliver project management governance documents and meeting facilitation

  • Manage significant stakeholder engagement across various teams

  • Demonstrate change management skills to navigate the project's complexities

  • Leverage your financial background to understand the client's contract structures and processes

  • Collaborate with the client to identify and implement process improvements


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry

  • Strong financial background and understanding of contract-to-cash processes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven track record in leading successful change management initiatives

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

  • Familiarity with the hotel/hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
